Orders will be securely packaged and shipped to you.

Our items are handmade, and we will strive to have everything shipped out in a timely manner 7-15 days. 

Special orders and/or personalized items may take longer to ship due to nature of the item. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss of packages by shipping company.  You will need to contact shipper. 

If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we may be able to assist in filing a claim.
